You may withdraw an order request at any time before Clover Rena sends written acceptance.
Contact mashenjun@163.com within 14 days after delivery. Unused products whose hygiene seal and individual packaging remain intact may be returned. Where law permits, opened sealed cosmetics cannot be returned for health-protection and hygiene reasons. The customer pays return postage when informed in advance; contact us before sending anything.
Contact us without undue delay with the order number, package photos and lot/batch information. Clover Rena will provide the remedy required by applicable law. These rights are separate from change-of-mind returns.
Approved refunds go to the original payment method. For a statutory withdrawal, reimbursement is issued within the required period and may be withheld until goods are received or return evidence is supplied. Where EU/EEA withdrawal rights apply, the original standard delivery charge is reimbursed; extra express costs are not. Lawful deductions may apply for handling beyond inspection.
This policy does not replace or restrict mandatory rights in the customer’s country. Written order confirmation identifies the seller and return address before payment.
