Shipping policy

Current shipping rates

Sea freight: US$3.50 per kilogram.
Air freight: US$9.50 per kilogram.

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the combined weight of purchased items and any complimentary gifts. The checkout quote is displayed before you submit the order.

Promotions

Orders of 2 or more boxes receive 7 complimentary sheets. Orders of 10 or more boxes receive 40 complimentary sheets and 20% off shipping. Gift weight is included in the freight calculation.

Customs and duties

Orders are shipped under DAP terms. Import duties, taxes and customs-clearance charges are not included. If charged, they are payable by the recipient to the carrier or local authority.

Delivery timing

Delivery time depends on destination, selected method and customs clearance. Contact us before ordering if you need the parcel by a specific date.
