Data is shared only as needed with hosting and security providers; WhatsApp/Meta when you choose that channel; a confirmed payment provider; delivery providers after acceptance; and Google after analytics consent. Providers may process data in other countries. Applicable safeguards will be used where required.
Unsuccessful inquiries and trial applications are normally retained for no more than 24 months after the last interaction. Accepted-order records are retained as required by tax, accounting, consumer and product-safety law. Security logs and consent records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary.
You may withdraw analytics consent and request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable, and complain to your local authority. Some records must be retained by law. Clover Rena does not exchange personal data for money; because some advertising disclosures may be treated as “sale” or “sharing” by local law, choose “Essential only” or contact us to opt out.
