Submitting an order request does not create an accepted sale or require payment. Clover Rena first checks destination eligibility, labeling, delivery and available payment methods.
Product descriptions are general cosmetic information, not medical advice or a treatment promise. Follow the product label and stop use if irritation occurs. The written confirmation and physical label control if information differs.
Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. A contract forms only when Clover Rena sends written acceptance identifying the seller, goods, final price, delivery charge, payment method and destination. Do not pay before confirmation. A request may be declined if product, labeling, payment or delivery is unavailable for the destination.
Delivery times are estimates. Unless written confirmation states otherwise, import duties, taxes and customs-clearance charges are excluded and payable by the recipient. See Shipping.
The Returns Policy applies in addition to mandatory consumer rights. No term limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Do not misuse the site, interfere with security, submit false information or copy brand content commercially without permission. Brand content remains protected by applicable law.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, Clover Rena is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when an order was accepted. Updates apply prospectively; the terms provided with acceptance govern that order.
